Demandbase concluded three predictions for AI and Marketing in 2017:


1. AI and ABM is changing everything for marketers. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) has exploded over the last few years in the B2B segment. Marketers can now track relationships between accounts and attribute personalized efforts for each based on importance and profitability.

2. An increase in customization and personalization for the B2B segment is projected in 2017 with the advances in AI technologies. Markets will soon be able to create ads and automated experiences for prospective and actual B2B customers.

3. AI will soon provide marketers the ability to have personalized conservations with customers based on their specific needs. While marketers have long had conversations between high level account managers, advances in AI could bring those conversations to the masses, resulting in more personalized and highly-targeted interactions.
