At a recent World Economic Forum panel IBM’s Ginni Rometty said that it won’t be “man or machine”, but instead humans working with Artificial Intelligence will be a “symbiotic relationship”. Fear of AI replacing humans in the workforce has been a hot topic of conversation. AI has the opportunity to enhance experiences in the financial services, health care and education industries. Rometty stressed that transparency with the public is integral in the adoption of AI. While some jobs will inevitably be lost to AI advancements, history has shown us that technological breakthroughs have led to new employments opportunities, says Rometty.
